Problem with my insides

    This is medical related - just feeling you guys out for ideas as I don't want to go to the doctor just yet (as he's a family friend and would be very embarassing). My symptons are:

    - when I do a no2 it looks normal but when I wipe there's lots of blood on the toilet paper (I'm a 25yo male btw)
    - don't think it's piles as have no itching or problems around my anus that i can tell
    - feel a little naseous during the day
    - has been like this for over a week now
    - appetite is fine, do a no2 once a day
    - stomach doesnt feel settled

    Any ideas so i can do further research?

    If I had to guess, I'd say it's an ulcer. But then I'm probably way off.

    Go to your doctor. Family friend or not, he'll treat your matter professionally and privately. If you're still not happy, go find a GP who doesn't know you.
