What's the story with ISPs, and ADSL? Will they charge extra for the additional speed offered by ADSL???

as adsl hasnt been publicly released yet, theres no sure way to answer your question.

Depends on how heavy a user you are. For example, some people spend upwards of £200/300 bi-monthly on their phone bills. it would of course work out cheaper for them to pay about 60-80 quid a month for adsl. Then we have the extra charges if u exceed your download quota or cap.

Eircom are going to start offering dsl and we'll see how many other isps pick up on it after that. esat should be in a position to offer a package, but it all depends on what rate eircom charges esat (al-la No Limits ballsup)
