    Hi again,

Getting a new Sky install for the first time on Wednesday and I am just wondering if the installers will give me a problem because I have a Sky box and dish running FreeSat.

    Can they refuse to install?

    Thanks

The installers don't know what anyone has. You could have several sky subs and getting another. Some folks don't have a phone line and thus don'ty get special rate on second sub, but installer may not even know if this is the case.
