Had anyone seen RTE's ad for GAA Top 20 Moments on Saturday night - it's a great ad but can anyone tell me the name of the tune in the ad - it's fierce catchy. Thanks

It was a good programme. For those that didn't see it, Mulligan's goal against Dublin in the drawn match, the won with all the dummies, won the top football moment. There was not much doubt that it would.

Damien Hayes' goal against Tipperary, the one where he basically threw his marker to the ground, won the top Hurling moment. It was still some goal though.

Great song. Not sure what it is but, I think it sounded like Kanye West & music sounded like a sample from Curtis Mayfield "Move on Up".
Will try & find out in the music forum.

Any Cavan moments in there in the football? Can't think of any there would be but just wondering.

    Nah, no cavan ones.
Mulligan's goal deserved to win, gets better everytime I see it.

For oft, when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
Mulligan's goal flashes upon that inward eye

Hayes goal was good , but another day the ref could have even given a free out. It showed great determination on his part and he is a good hurler, but it shouldnt have won.

The guy who scored the point for wexford against killkenny , when he doubled on a ball and put it over the bar was unbelievable .One of the greatest scores ever seen in Croke park.

Davids Tierneys point against Kilkenny was also better that Hayes goal.He took it on a solo and hit the ball off the hurl and over the bar - class score.

Maybe the Lyng free against Tyrone and the row after it! :D That would have been a good one!

Doubt it, alot of Cavan people wished he hasn't scored that free a week later.

They did a survey on Hogan Stand and 70-80% of people said it would of been better if he'd missed it and we hadn't had to endure the 21 point drubbing.
