I've been takin this stuff now for a few days. I've heard they speed up your metabolism, but I'm not too impressed.

    Is it true?

if you've only been taking it a few days you haven't really given it a chance have you??!

I started drinking green tea a couple of months ago, and I honestly think it helps a little bit. Besides which it contains lots of antioxidants (helps prevent cancer and has anti-aging properties) so its certainly doing no harm. Give it a bit of time- there's no such thing as a quick fix.
