    I'm a bit jinxed with my work schedule ... Even though I've only been training a couple of months I would have liked to have dropped down at either time on friday to be inspired if nothing else, but I was working all day. And I'm working monday night as well! Rats...

    Yeah colm it seemed all the blue belts were down at that class wish i could have joined in. however i am happy i went to fingals got bj with a omoplata. cool guy. very friendly and approachable. jk gave him a good roll.
