Anyone planning on headding out to this tomorrow?

I am litterally across the way, if a few people are heading out, let me know, I might organise a cash game at home for the aftermath.

If I were you, I'd stick with just the cash game..

Hmmm, so i have heard, I am not sure if it is capped or what the story is, 2k GTD from the sign on the goat.

It should be easy pickings, lots of rich gamblers :) ( I really hope chawke plays)

I am litterally across the road, so I will probably just head on over for pints & ask questions about the prize pool etc and play if I am satisfied.

Only a few peeps pmd about cash, so we have not got enough numbers unfortuantely.

The only reason I'd play in one of these events is the fact that you could booze to your hearts content while playing and the fact that the competition wouldn't be as strong as you'd find in the Fitz/Merrion. I doubt this would compensate for the prize fund structure though.

I didn't get the time to go over due to Komplett sending me a faulty motherboard!

May have been a blessing in disguise, the prize pool was capped, no idea how many played etc.

I'll be organising a home cash game in the coming weeks for anyone interested.

I played in this a few weeks ago and after the break I was moved to Mr. Chawke's table and he then knocked me out the first hand, when he called my early position all-in (4x BB) with AKs with A10o and obviously rivered a 10  .

What made it worse was that he had been buying his table drink all night :) so I was delighted when I was moved to his table (poker and free drink!! :D:D ) so it made the beat even worse

The standard is terrible but the blind and payout structure is just as bad, or at least it was the time I went, haven't been back since, (structural reasons not BB reasons  )

Is this a weekly event? If so can someone please fill in the details - ie prize pool, buy-in, number of players, level-up times, start time, finish time etc etc etc.

    Cheers.

I think it's only on every now and again, I don't think it's every week, and as for your questions above, your guess is as good as mine I'm afraid, the time I went there was about 50-70 players I'd say..
