Mail delivery failure question.

    If I mail a pal of mine I get a mail delivery failure notice back to me even though he gats the mail. this happens to anyone who mails him!!!

    How could he sort that ou??

    is he sure he didn't install an app. to do this (You can get software that does this to try fool spammers)?
    does anyone else with the same ISP have the same issue?

    I don't think he did install an app.

    I'll ask him re other ISP users!!!
