    Really.

    IMDB has let me down. I'm looking for a short film that starred Paul Reynolds (The cheeky chappie in Press gang and "Let him have it") Circa 94/95. The story is of a nervous young boy and his gangster father. The boy wants to be a gangster like his dad, but his father has vowed to his dead wife that kid won't turn into a killer.

    They drive up to a house where there's a "Meeting" (maybe a dinner?) Anyway... The father brings the kid down to a basement where "Uncle Benny" (I think that was his name) is tied up in a chair with a gag around his mouth. The kid is handed a Switchblade and told to kill him. He wasn't his "Uncle Benny" He was a rat (or something like that)
    Anyway it cuts to the father having sherry explaining his wife's vow and how Uncle Benny is playing along with it as his son could never do that. Then he hears a knock on the door. You hear a voice saying quietly "dad?" and the Father tells him to wait in the car as he failed. There's another knock and the camera switches to the kid with blood dripping down his face and a maniacal look to his face.


    It's an awesome short film, but for the love of god I can't find anything about it!!! I need the name!!!
