Depends on your budget. Also what features do you want?
Have you considered a camera phone with a mp3 player and camera to kill 3 birds with the one stone.

I got a 6230i with a 2GB card, mp3 player, radio, 1.3megapixel camera, got it, the card, adaptor for normal headphones and a USB cable, the lot for ~€330
