Ok ignore all the dramatic stuff! but listen to what people are saying...I am purely interested in it as it has all these ingredients in one tablet:

    Broccoli
    Spinach
    Garlic
    Salmon
    Oatmeal
    Tomatoes
    Nuts
    Blueberries
    Green Tea
    and Red Wine

in all fairness, why are you even considering it?

I found it by fluke looking for a Ronaldinho jersey on ebay and my mate wanted to see what that crap was in an ad. So I clicked on it...and i thought about it more because I do not get all my neccessities on a daily basis.

absolutely.. all the foods listed are really good tasting foods, and super easy to cook or prepare so why would you spend money taking articifial nutirents when the real thing is so easy and so much better for you?

A friend of mine takes these tablets called 'Juice plus' everyday, hes a swimmer and he swears by them, he said when he started taking them he noticed his skin getting clearer, hair shinier, nails grew faster etc, juice plus tablets have concentrated fruit and veg in them.

Personally i'd much prefer to get this in my normal diet, i don't think theres any doubt it works better, but if you can't find the time or the inclination its worth a try i reckon

Aye, they look good. But they're diet pills, which to me means thy stop you from feeling hungry, and give you energy.

Also, each pill contains caffine equal to two cans of coke. so it'll keep ye awake if you take them too late at night.

So would you recommend them for someone like me who is already fit and healthy and does not need to lose weight? I just wanted to take one of them a day because I do not eat vegetables every day!

if you really can't eat any fruit and veg (don't really understand why not though  ) take a multi-vit like multibionta and an omega-3 supplement, or Seven Seas does one targeted for athletes

Choose a multivit and only by neways, quest or solgar as they are all fantastic brands

Spend more time training and work on your diet from your other post
