Just looking for a Pub in dublin city to reserve an area for 15-20 people for Friday night. Good music! Hogans would be ideal but don't think they take reservations. Any suggestions?

try macturcails or the mercantile, both have plenty of room and might let you reserve at short notice.A quiet place where you could be prettuy much guaranteed seating would be the left bank in t emple bar.

thanks for that lads. Found Bia bar there on Stephen's Street. Excellent spot for reserving an area. Platters of beautiful food for 12 euro each. Good smokers spot too out the front door, spectate a good row pouring out onto the street from Break for the Border. Class ;)
