Broadband technologies in new apartment development

    Hey all,
I'm viewing an apartment in a new development in Limerick City Centre tomorrow afternoon. All 100 + apartments come with broadband already installed.

I'm wondering what technologies these connections are likely to be based on. I've read a little on FTTH, but it looks like magnet haven't deployed in the Midwest as of yet. What else could it be, who else provides connections to large developments like this? I'm going to ask the estate agent directly of course, but I'm not expecting a technical answer. Any help/advice appreciated.

Was it the same crowd that did Archers Wood in Blanchardstown?

Here's something I read in the Irish Times property section on Thursday.

High tech homes not so smart

I'd be less than happy if I'd bought one of these!
