Loads of people here have ordered from them. Good service, good prices, good quality. There is however a company in Ireland that is basicly like a thomann outlet. Cant remember the url. Someone should be here shortly with it.

I bought a guitar off them too, No problems.
In theory you can return stuff to them within 30 days - I didn't actually do that or hear of anyone who did. If the stuff is defective they pay for return postage or if you just dont want it then you pay for return postage. That way at least there's a way out for you if you get a bad one or are just not happy with your purchase.
    Read the small print.

I've ordered a few bits and bobs from them before, and found them quite excellent.

I've ordered stuff from them and had a fair bit of hassle. Always looking for credit card details when I've used the same card before etc. Now this time I just ordered about €500 worth of stuff, they didn't ask me for CC verification but the price of the item I bought just went up €150 so I'm waiting to see if they're going to charge me the extra. See here

i ordered a flight case for my pedals the other week, i thought i was gonna have trouble as after 4 or 5 days i still didn't receive a mail to say it had been shipped, so i checked out the site and it said the case was out of stock, i was in stock when i ordered. So i emailed em to cancel. I got the case the next day. Order on the thurs, got it the following thurs.

Thomann are cool but they dont accept Maestro cards which kinda sucks for me seeing as its the handiest method for me without having to go through the hassle od bank transfers of cheques.

ill tell you a mad story about thomann.
during the summer, a workmate ordered an ibanez from thomann, but he sent a cheque instead of using a simple credit card, he was getting it delivered to the company...
anyway 2 months passed and no sign of his beloved ibanez. he called up to cancel the cheque..
next day a well known delivery company shows up at the door with a black ibanez worth €700 and.....

a €1600 fender american made, 5 string, sunburst jazz bass(some sort of signature one), in a hard case lined with orange fur, and addressed to some guy in Finland!

it lay in the job for about 2 weeks until they realised it was missing. i was SO tempted to slip it up my jumper and walk away....non chalonte like.... but friends(?) talked me out of it.

thomann are crazy, free €1600 bass with every purchase over €500! score :D

Well, I'm having lots of fun with Thomann at the moment. They didn't ask for a scan of the Credit Card this time but half of my order suddenly appeared this morning with no sign of the expensive stuff.

Also, do a search for "randall" on Thomann. No results  They're still there but they don't come up in a search any more.

*edit* "hi there [name]. 2 parcels were sent to you on the 5th so i would say that the second containing the [super happy toy] will be along shortly."

    Happy days :D
