    Hi i'm trying to open up a PDF file on the county counil website but everytime I save it to the pc and try to open it I get this error

    There was an error opening this document. There was a problem reading this document (14).

    What is that about? Here is the link to the file on the county council webiste i'm trying to open http://www.galway.ie/webscans/374825.pdf

    Help with this would be much appreciated!
