ok basically my dad bought this camera off a guy claiming to have no diesel money claiming it was worth €600-1000

its an olympia nk 4040 with detachable flash has a fake lcd screen ontop but can be used as a viewscop rather than a screen everything is motorised including the zoom and timer

after doing a lil research oonline ive found its worth about a fiver but it is a fairlydecent looking camera that we might use fotr some photography ourselfs but what we want to know where do these come from and whats it really worth a lot of forums about this people have claimed to have bought it in the same way my dad did

but buying from guys in dark alleys and no reciepts dodgey dodgey reminds me of people buying laptop in a bag and going home with 4 cartons of milk, there is no such thing as a free lunch.

I'd say that's gotta be worth at least 99c...:D

Jeez, no offence, but what was your Da thinking of? Would you buy an "iPad" mp3-player or a "Nukia" 'phone off a guy in an alley?

In fairness, he's not the only one... http://www.reviewcentre.com/vt16673_start10_orderasc.html
