Hello I would like to merge three e-mail account I have an o2 one, a Tcd one and a Gmail all into the Gmail,
is it possible to set up the tcd and the o2 one to automatically forward messages to the Gmail one and then delete them so they dont fill up?
I would really really apreciate any info/help you can share with me.

I don't have an o2 account so I don't know, but go here http://mail.tcd.ie/user/forward.php for the tcd one.

I have an O2 account - don't think you can forward messages :(

AFAIK the O2 account is unable to forward messages.

However you can set up Outlook to automatically forward all incoming O2 emails to the Gmail.

In outlook, Click Tools -> Message Rules -> Mail

For conditions of the rule, Tick the box that says "Specified Account" and for Actions of the rule, tick the box that says "Forward it to people".

For the last box specify the O2 account and also specify you want it forwarded to your Gmail.

You can also tick more than one box if you wish to have more tasks done such as deleting it from the server after you forwarded it, etc.

I'm not sure about TCD but I know in DCU you can go into your account preferences and set it up so that all messaged are forwarded to another account and also specify once the mailbox fills up it'll forward everything automatically.

    Not sure about O2.

You could install Thunderbird or use Outlook, set your main account to GMail (check the FAQs on gmail) and then set your O2 account and TCD account to secondary addresses. It'll then receive all your messages at once

If it doesn't have to be gmail, Yahoo can retrieve mail from remote POP3 accounts to your Yahoo mailbox.
