C64 sample in Beastie Boys song?

In the Beastie Boys song 'An open letter to NYC' I swear I can hear a familiar sample from some old C64 game.

If you have tune handy check it out. There are two short riffs (prob around 1-2 seconds each). The first kicks in a 0:06 and the second at 0:16. Both are play again throughout the song.

Any idea what it might be? Perhaps its not C64 at all but it sure could be :)

I check this page that lists samples used ....

...but I'm pretty sure it isn't Robert Goulet (a 60s crooner) or the Dead Boys (70s punk band)
