    Apparently he drew attention to himself by giving conflicting evidence firstly at a Stewards inquirey which he later changed at an appeal lodged by the owner/trainer of the horse.

    His horse was struck on the head in a tight finish which he lost in a photo and at the subsequent Stewards enquiry he said that in didn't effect the result.The owner/trainer were incensed and appealed the result and at the appeal a couple of weeks later Carter stated that it was the difference between winning or losing. :confused:

    The Jockey Club were already suspicious of some of his riding.

    Stealing..............plain and simple.
