According to Channel 4's website it isn't starting until 10th October.

Correction: If you select 117 from the EPG it doesn't do anything, however if you type in 117 it's showing Sky One.

No news about it as yet, it's early though, the channel doesn't launch 'till next week.

Not on my Pace DC221 box it doesn't.. nothing happens when you key in 117 (same as any other invalid channel number), and it doesn't appear in EPG at all.

It was definitely in the EPG in Dublin yesterday during the daytime, but had disappeared again by early evening.

It's on 117 on MMDS in the Waterford area. Currently showing previews of the channel and EPG showing launch at 8.

I'm on the Go Digital Select package with ntl since last week, and it's not included, ah well what do I expect for nothing? But seeing as Channel 4, E4 and E4+ or on the Select package, does that mean More4 is charging ntl for showing it, might be a clue in the name...

not too sure about go digital select, I have go digital max but i would have thought you should be getting it as its a free channel. you dont say if you are getting 117 or not showing on you screen?
have you reset the decoder? press help button and then press restart ( yellow button) .

When I press 117, it says it's not available on this subscription and to call ntl, ah sure I'll probably move up to the full digital sub once the 6 month trial finishes. Not the ned of the world but it would one of those channels you'd get cable/sat for.

definately no Friends/Big Brother/Hollyoaks, thank christ

they are showing things like the west wing, the daily show and most importantly (imo anyway ) the Sopranos right from the get go

E4 is mostly thrash tv
