This is my new guitar just arrived yesterday and i have to say im very happy with it.

First time i bought a guitar on ebay and everything went very smooth.
The pickups are duncan designed, theyre not bad but i may swap them out for a duncan phat cat humbucker size p-90 in the neck and a prs in the bridge. Seeing as its basically a copy of a prs archtop i think it might sound good with one.
The piezo bridge is pretty cool does a decent imitation of an acoustic.
So let me know what you guys think.
    thanx james

Mmm, schecters. You please your Instrument overlords with pictures ;)

Also, I like the way the rectifier switch is just sneaking into view.

Nice. I do like Schecters, very, very good guitars for the money.

I'd recommend getting an A/B switch for the piezo, they generally sound gank through a regular amp but rather sweet DI'd.

    Sweet guitar anyway, congratualtions :)

yea i think it was a bargain it worked out at 650 euro including customs and shipping. this is actually my second schecter . I bought a c1 a few years ago ,bolt on neck with a silver top . was a great looking guitar played and sounded great but the balance on the strap was terrible and my left hand kept crampin up playin it.

ill probably try that . the newer model of this guitar has twin outputs so you can use everything through a normal amp or send the piezo out on its own to a seperate amp/pa. I might have a look at doing that mod if i replace the pickups.Think ill also coil tap them. there would be a serious amount of options then.

I have an Ibanez with two outputs and tbh I haven't really exploited it yet. Were I to gig it though, I think piezos into the PA would be rather sweet indeed. Does it have EQ for the piezo?

unfortunately not but i think for the price that would really be asking too much.i doubt ill use the piezo that much but i like the thought of it being there.

Damn, I can't get the pics displayed and I'd love to see it.

Could one of ye post a direct link to the pic?

    Cheers Feyla,

They're working for me now as well. I refreshed the page earlier on and closed it and reopened it but they weren't coming up for me for some reason.

Glad I can see it now, that is one sweet guitar. If it plays as well as it looks the magician is a very lucky guy.

I was considering buying a Schecter myself before I got my Ibanez. Still think I might nab one if I ever have loads of spare cash.
