Check out www.pad-up.com nice range of freestanding punchbags and leather/canvas hanging bags. I got a wavemaster BOB - great stress buster!

    Oxymoron!
You get what you pay for, with bags anyway.

You can get decent vinyl bags from most martialarts or sports stores. But if you want a decent leather bag, a boxing outlet is probably your best bet. Try Star Fitness in Bray, they have an outlet in Arnotts in town. There's also Mick Dowling Sports in Terenure.

I actually work for Star Fitness, I manage the store in Arnotts. If you do need anything drop in or Pm and I'll sort you out with a discount. Just mention you read this.

I post manly on the fitness section, but I got into fitness through the martial arts. I've trained in in Shotokan Karate for over 14 years, and done a variety of other styles as well, Aikido, Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, Judo, Jujitsu etc. I've recently become a Reality Based Personal Protection instructor under Jim Wagner.

Anyways, I've been reading this section for some time, but to be honest I haven't had anything to contribute that hasn't already been said better by someone else.

Anyways I hope this proves useful.
