Yes, the man has admitted himself that it's not the most revolutionary thing nowadays as both Peter Jackson and Bryan Singer have been doing this for 'King Kong' and 'Superman Returns' respectively.

But he's willing to give it a go and being a big of Smith (but not 'Jersey Girl'..

), he's definantly very interesting to watch. Just watch 'An Evening With Kevin Smith' - hilarious and also quite an interesting no holds barred look at the world of film-making.

PS - also quite interesting was when they released a Clerks 2 teaser on the site last week. You had literally hundreds replying at AintItCoolNews.com mostly insulting Kevin's humour, films and even his wife! The extras on the 10th Annivesary of Mallrats seem a bit sparse to be honest! And most of those extras are on a re-released version of the DVD they put out last year.

Not even a new audio commentary...!

Anyways, back on topic..

the 10th aniversery mallrats dvd is excelent.
a new cut of the movie.
a new q&a with the cast can't go wrong with that
