    press print screen (or alt+print screen to get only the selected window). then open microsoft paint and hit CTRL+V

    Shift + PrtScn

    Open paint and press Ctrl + V

    Hit the Print Screen (PrtScn, or similar), and paste it into an image application. Then save the file, but please, please, puh-lease not in bitmap if you're putting it online.

    There's also plenty of free utilities out there that let you define the area you want to capture and just paste that into a doc....I have one of my laptop called screenprint 32 (or something like that) - works a treat.
