Variety of games

Just wondering if there would be many players interested in mixed cash games (H.O.R.S.E etc) if they were available. It's just a few of us have started playing dealer's choice s&g's in the fitz by ourselves for a bit of a laugh, and it can be a real enjoyable setup to change games and have all the variety and all that malarky. So any thoughts??

i'd love to try it out, but i doubt enough people would be interested. i don't think many people know how to play games like seven card and razz. which one is the E in H.O.R.S.E?

The E as far as I know is for eight or better stud. According to Steve Zolotow (in SS2) anyway.

makes sense, I heard it was just to complete the word, but yours sounds better...

    Hold'em
    Omaha Hi
    Razz
    Stud
    Omaha eight or better.

I used to play a H.O.R.S.E.T. cash game with some of the dealers from the fitz.
All of the above games plus 2-7 Triple Draw. We would play the Hold'em and Omaha Hi as Pot Limit, and the rest as fixed.

If anyone is having a H.O.R.S.E. cash game let me know, I'd be very interested. Better yet someone should organise a H.O.R.S.E. tourney.

Yeah that's what i thought but according to Super System 2 The O is for Omaha eight or better and the E is Stud eight or better. But it doesn't really matter. I think i'd prefer your H.O.R.S.E anyway. It would be good to see a tourney go on though. So let's see if there is anyone else interested. Could anyone interested please say 'i'

wouldn't make much sense to play stud hi/lo when you're already playing stud hi and stud lo (razz).

i'd much prefer to play it with omaha hi/lo instead of stud hi/lo. Just referring to what the books say, because of the question that was asked. Three games of stud in a five game setup does seem like an awful lot of stud!

I've changed my mind. You can never have enough stud.

I'd love to play a decent sized HORSE or HORSE**** (Holdem, Omaha, Razz, Stud, Omaha 8/b, Stud 8/b, limit Holdem, Irish, Triple Draw) cash game, anywhere. I've played this once, for pennies, but it was great fun.

good idea michael, we can call it Irish horse and u can be in charge, lets keep the buy in at 25 euro with minimum blinds. i'll have to brush up big time. how about after the freeroll on Thursday and anyone who wants to sit out a game can do so...?
