    i have successfully transferred mp3's and jpegs to the PSP but video, although it is there the PSP wont recognise it. i am stumped

    I find it works perfectly, depends on the source though, I pretty much only convert anime which seems to work just dandy.

    As said, you also need convert the videos using something like PSP Video9, when you use it to transfer videos to your PSP it will make the folder as well.
