Smart BB Tallaght Exchange

I have been waiting many months for the Tallaght exchange to go live with Smart Broadband, I keep being told the standard line that "work is ongoing". Does anyone have any inside knowledge as to approx how long it will be before I can expect to be able to switch to them. Thanks
