    Nice one,

    First one is great, I love the colours, nice shades of Blue and Orange. Tho i'd try a diff colour then the Yellow on the side strip.

    2nd one, really slick lay out for a p/f site (which i'm assuming it is)
    Abit palin looking there but once u put thumbnails in the boxes it'll look l33+ :)

    photoshop is pretty cool programme import them into director/flash, make the first one have a kinda fly around intro like have those layers and boxs come in from side.. or have u already done that

    How come everything is blurred?
    I don't like that myself.

    A few suggestions:

    Make the links more visible, makes the text box much bigger
    people are there to see the info on your site not the images,
    the site should reflect that.

    I'd change the 'welcome' typeface. It's not strong enough and I don't think it fits in with teh design. You're going for a clean/cold look, but the type says 'futuristic/gamer'

    Also, one thing. The image stay the same from section to section. It'd be cool if one or all of them changed when you went into portfolio/contact and the different areas. You've got a lot of space for images, so using them to communicate something would be cool.
