Recommend a weekend away in mid-November

I'm planning on a surprise weekend away somewhere in Europe for the gf's birthday in November. The thing is she really hates the cold and I know nowhere will be really that warm in November. Can someone recommend somewhere we will not freeze our arses off?!! Thanks.
