    Hi,
There's going to be three courses given by Neil Adams in the next two months. [Just in case you're unaware, Neil Adams is a former world champion, five time European champion and double Olympic silver medalist].
The first will be in Galway on the 8th and 9th of October, then again in Galway around the 29th of October and in Mardyke Arena, Cork on the 4th/5th November. These courses have been run by Ballincollig Judo Club [Cork] in Ireland every few months for the last year and are well worth attending if you are interested in grappling/ground-work. The format is usually two 2 hour sessions per day, 1 focusing on standing techniques and the other on ground techniques. The price is usually around €45.
