Banned from VCpoker+ the hole network

Hey guys first post in this forum:)

Played VCpoker yesterday sudenly i got loggedout and when i try to logg in again im banned!. the explenastion I get from them is "collusion whit "callingnoob"" my account is "callingnoob" so its not even teoretecly possible! . And i did a cashout a weak ago (around 1500$) and havent recevied a dime!
Any comments how I should handle this (dont have the time to sue them ).

you are callingboob and you are colluding with callingboob. wtf? Can't you can just call the host and have a chat about the situation?

tried that m8 or tried to mail them but they have to investigate it dont have a clue what they are up to (same network as paddypoker and GoldenPalcePoker so people know). And the money i cashed out is gone to !
And the mail support is not exactly fast they respond in 2days mayby if u lucky. Feals like a sick joke or somthing.

Hey Tyr, didn't expect to see you here.

Why don't you log in under your old name, call one of the managers and tell them the situation. They should be able to sort this out fairly quickly.

sounds like they flagged the two seperate accounts on the same IP address. the same thing happened to my dad and myself, we had to prove we were two different people. he told them to f**k off and cancelled his account!!! i play on pp though!

I told GPP i would make a VCpoker account befor making it and they said it would be no problem!
How can i close my GPP account when im banned?

Phone them and tell them to sort it out asap. It definately looks like the two accounts are what's causing the problem. They're making $100's off you in rake so it's the least they could do.
