This new series is a single-camera comedy about a single mother who makes ends meet by selling marijuana in suburban Los Angeles. The series exposes the dirty little secrets that lie behind the pristine lawns and shiny closed doors of homes in the fictional town of Agrestic, California.

Starts Tuesday October 11th on Sky One @ 10pm (the day after S1 finishes in the US).

I have seen the first one and didn't think that it was much good. A few funny moments but pretty poor overall. It certainly didn't make me want to watch the second one

The photo stills in the Sky Magazine make it look real dingy or something -- I'll check it out, but I'm not dying to see it.

First episode was fairly lousy and I fell asleep (stoned) about 10 minutes into the second one. Four friends of mine love the series though, so it can't be that bad.

Thanks to my American "cousins" I have seen all the episodes to date and I think that it one of the funniest shows on American TV currently.

I don't like Desperate Housewives but this show is a funny version of DH with no holds barred. Mary Louise Parker is excellent in it. There are only 2 housewives in it so don't be put off by the DH tag.

yeah i'd pretty much say the same thing...
i've seen all the episodes and it really takes a few episodes to get going, and introduce all the characters.. .

it's such a short show, it takes a while to get into..
