just wondering if anyone has this service. Ordered it there on Friday, should be installed in the next while.

Specifically I'm wondering about the quality of the service. What are the download speeds generally like, do they fluctuate much. Does the relatively high contention (48:1) have much of an affect often? Also, do they charge for going over the 20GB download limit. Anything else you think I should be aware of. Thanks in advance for any info.

Also i ordered the upgrade to the wireless router so i can use it with my laptop. Is supplied router any good?
