Using Outlook Scheduling function over the web.

At my old job, we used to be able to use outlook to schedule meetings. You could put in the meeting attendees, and you would then have access to their diaries and be able to pick a mutually convenient time. Unfortunately, I’ve left my old job but need to replicate this functionality across multiple users. Is this possible…

Is this possible to do when we are not working off the same exchange server?
