    Anyone a member up there?
    Called up last night but gate was locked.
    Seems perfect, nice and old school with hopefully no gay machines or guys on mobiles.
    Gonna call up again tonight. What the price like?
    Anyone know any of the lifters there?

    €300 per year or thereabouts. You cannot join, you must be put forward by a member and seconded by another.

    There are gay machines upstairs and some guys do converse on mobiles. It's a good gym with strong lads but some of the guys are your average joe not that strong and some are even fat.

    The one thing it does have is a good atmosphere but you better be prepared to take an ego bashing as people here call it as it is. If your lift was sh1te they will tell you etc. etc.

    Closes about 9pm.

    Any chance you'd be so good as to help me get in there?
    Im big into OL'ing and cant continue in my old gym in case someone gets hurt.
    I know of guys in hercs and tried to contact them but no reply. They're friends of friends like.
    I'd be delighted to take an ego bashing. Any feedback at all would be better than the looks/ignorance i get at my current gym.

    If you are into OL then ask for one of the OL'ers and you should be let in no problem. I've not been down there in a few months so my vote could black ball you! :D

    Yeah i'll call up there this evening.
    Cant wait to get to a proper place
    Just yest i was OH squatting and some numbskull walked in behind me. I was at 80kg and hitting ass to heels so the bar was going to drop behind me. I had to shout at him to get out of it before i dropped it. PPl do crazy stuff like situps a foot from the squat rack. so dangerous
