Hey we are a three piece at the moment, 2 guitarists and a vocalist, and we need a drummer and/or a bassist to jam with. We are not quite gig ready yet, ut once we've found a drummer and maybe a bassist, it won't be too long, hopefully.

We play heavy guitar music, thats about as accurate as I can put it. I'm aiming for a punk/hardcore punk sound with a bit of metal riffage thrown in. Here are some of the bands we listen to anyway:
Thrice, Chilli Peppers, System Of A Down, Metallica, Glassjaw, Green Day, Rival Schools, Coheed And Cambria, Maiden, Megadeth, Oasis, Foos, RATM, Audioslave, G'n'R, Refused, Jimmy Eat World, etc.

We live in west and south dublin, but will jam basically anywhere in dublin. We have a little of of our own stuff written, quite promising material, I feel. Anyway if you're a drummer or bassist interested in playing with a young up-and-coming trio of creative musicians (thats us, lol), gimme a PM, or gimme a shout.

Nah the age doesnt bother me once you can play your instrument. How long have you two been playing together? I like the bands you mentioned, nice to see some black flag and some stooges in there. Whereabouts in dublin are you? Do you have a place where you can jam?
Well you can get back to me on the number I mentioned in my first post if you'd be up for a jam at all.
    Thanks

yeah we can play, we've been playing together for a year and a half, we jam in donaghmede, in the drummers shed, its decent enough, just needs a good clean.

Hey Chris, yeah that's cool, sounds good, I had no credit there earlier so I couldn't text ya back. Emm, is donaghmede easy to get to from the city centre? If you wanna jam someday soon we should probably be able get a lift out the first time, anyway. We still have to sort out some amplification for our vocalist, so probably won't be too much singing for the first jam!
Anyway, what songs d'you lads normally play/are interested in playing? Just so I can go learn 'em if I don't already know 'em.
Cheers man, talk to ya soon [snipped].
