just take the option for sales. they will talk to you if they think you want to spend money!! you can then get transferred

On some of them '0' will get you to a human

edit: hehe .. just read the website, obviously the companies found that too many people figured out that 0 will get a human and so they changed it to 'hit 0 four times, then #, then say oh for fúcks sake' and similar
