Ive had sky for 5yrs now never had any probs until 2 weeks ago i got sky multiroom with sky plus so i put one box in my bedroom and the sky plus in the living room but now on both im missing E4+1 i havent seen any other channels missing but there probably are more any ideas whats wrong and how it can be fixed thanks

I presume you have removed the power cord from both receivers for a few minutes then powered them up again. Otherwise you will need to contact Sky. I had the same problem and I had to get Sky Tech to sort it out. They send some message to the cards. It took 2 attempts!

Why not ask for help in Moore's shop :eek:
