Hubbie and I are off to Oz this day next week for 2 years. We are not allowed bring any food of any sort with us. I LOVE my chocolate and crisps* so I would love some recommendations from anyone who has been on what to try and what to totally avoid.
Does anyone know what the soft drinks are like out there as well?

*These will be eaten in moderation as part of a healthy balanced diet!!

Check this site out . It has a load of stuff that Aussies miss when abroad.

If you like chocolate biscuits you must try Tim Tams. Be warned though. You will need another suitcase to bring back enough supplies for your new found addiction.

Other famous and popular sweets n stuff are: Fantales - (used to buy them in cinemas), Cobblers (similar) , Jaffas.

Try a Chocolate Paddle Pop (Ice cream)

    and twisties (crisp type snack).

Bring me back some Tim Tams will ya.
