I was reading the last Cúl 4 Kids (GAA) supplement that came with the Irish Times, and I came across this:

I thought it was hilarious, if rather cruel! I wonder who that poor kid is? Will they become as infamous as the Star Wars Kid?

Probably not considering StarWarsKid is a tragic yet hilarious social commentary & cautionary tale whereas that guy above is just a kid at GAA match in a Dr.Seuss-esque hat trying to mind his own business and get thru another day not looking like like HarryPotter.
