    hi folks,

    sorry bout this.

    when i try to search boards, it comes up "searching disabled" in vBulletin.

    can anyone suggest what's wrong?

    you being smart?!

    it's just my girlfriend just did a search no problem at work. but i can't do one here at home.

    how can i look up replies to my posts without search?

    If you're automatically subscribed to threads that you reply to..

    click on your control panel, then on "subscribed threads"

    just says: "There are no subscribed threads to display in this folder for this time period."

    don't understand, fairly new to boards.

    was working just fine until last night.

    why would searching be suddenly disabled on my account? or is it everyone's?

    sorry, prob sound like a spa...

    Nah it's completely disabled at the moment.

    Not sure why - there was an announcement about it I think

    What does this ahave to do with broadband though :-)

    Searching is disabled I think because board is running on a fairly crappy backup server at the moment.

    go to the home page wwww.boards.ie and on the bottom left is a google search bar - use that.
