Am planning to buy wooden flooring for my house. Is there much price difference between sellers like Brooks Thomas and B & Q?

Someone said this was a good place in County Down:
    http://www.woodenfloorservices.com/

but none of the web sites don't quote prices.

    Any information gratefully received.

    thanks

just put down a solid cherry floor from brooke thomas was 35euro sq yd. Its absoloutly gorgeous. It was in the sale but they do do them regularly. I searched all over the place for a really thick floor but that was the best I think anyway.

    Thanks for the replies.

Dublinguy05, Did you put it down yourself?

From asking around, when it's down is when you start seeing it's true value. Gonna try that place up in Banbridge, Co Down hopefully on Saturday.

Did anyone hear if Brooks are having a sale?

Hey arch, if you go back a few days/weeks in the FS General forum some1 was selling off some woodflooring to the value of 25k i think it was. Not sure if he ever got it sold. He won it in a competiotion but couldn't use it :).

Tried looking for that deal but search sems to be disabled on boards.

Anyway, flier in todays Times or Independent from Brroks.
50% off Junckers Floors allegedly from Sep 23 to Oct 7th.
Prices don't look 50% off but there you go. :-)

(maybe that's because I don't have loads of money)
