    can anyone reccommend me yoga classes on the North side? Im a complete newcomer to it - or pilates - and would appreciate any badvice given. Thanks!

    The elbow room at the back of smithfield - excellent classes but a bit of a bugger to find
    Google for their location and website may be www.the-elbowroom.ie

    Other than that most others on the northside will be in small community centres and gyms

    Not quite yoga mad, just practice it regularly and love the feeling you get from it.

    Yoga is a journey not just a class you take up to become more flexible etc so get on board and stick to it for the long run
