Hi all i was hoping somebody could help me with this problem. I recently bought a wirless netopia modem and I'm only a computer amature really, I joined up to the Bit Torrent site and was trying to dowload but i was unssuccessful, now i was told i have to open up my routers in order to download???? Can somebody advise me…

what you want to do is find out what port(s) that Bittorrent use, I think its
6881-6999.
So what you have to do is go to your Netopia admin page,usually
http://192.168.1.254 and look for port forwarding or Services(choose custome service)
