I am looking at buying A Saab 9-3 S 2.0 Petrol but I dont know much about them. The one I want is a 99 with 59,000 miles on the clock. It's priced at 10k...does anyone know if this is a good price or am I being robbed? As well as that are they hard on petrol and if so how hard?

The price seems a bit high as they don't hold their prices, servicing is also expensive. If I were you I'd buy a BMW 525 turbodiesel, great car, good to go and very good on fuel for a car of its class.
    Good luck!

Best thing to do is to compare similar cars on cbg.ie, carzone.ie etc. Price will depend on spec, mileage dealer/private warranty etc.

I've had a Saab for the last 5 years, bought it as a low milage (34K) 5 year old, and have to say I've been fairly happy with reliability, comfort etc.

    Hope it's a turbo you're looking at :D
