How frequently should one get a blood test done?I'm quite healthy and eat a balanced diet, most of the time, but my iron and magnesium levels change from time to time.

I would imagine everyone's Iron and Magnesium levels change from time to time what with being alive and all! I don't see why anyone should ever get a blood test unless recommended to by a medical doctor.
