Easy iTunes/WMP Question

I have an iPod, and I've been using it with iTunes, but I have my entire music collection arranged out perfectly in Windows Media Player, I was wondering if theres some easy way to quickly copy the ratings/album information and all that stuff from Windows Media Player into iTunes?
