Well if you mean that your going to buy th laptop and get somebody else to paint it.
€100 - €200 if its going to be done really really well.

And I'd expect to have to wait for a bit for the paint to cure (eg. at least a week with whoever paints it, and then around 3 months before it's hardened properly)

    everything must be white
Ummm... Why would you do that? Unless..... No I can't think of a good reason. Certainly not one good enough to justify spending ~€100 on it.

not gonna start ranting on about the differences between powerpc and x86 architecture or the fact that macs are damn sexy....

but i thought about painting my own laptop, but mainly because its suffered a lot of abuse over the last year and the casing is quite scratched, its not something i'd do with a brand new laptop...
but would a laptop skin be of any use to you?

For the above , yes, but i want it tottaly white ( so a huge sticker thats just white is ok ) , but its difficult , to have a sticker arround the key pad. And it must have the "paint-look" , i know , i'm not easy :p:D
