Yes you are a bit young.

Males dont stop growing till 18-20.
Plenty of time.

Also if you are small, its how you use it.

Penis size isn't ewverything.

Don't worry, theres many an adult in the 1-1.5 inch (flaccid) category. Get cold enough and it'll be even smaller.

People these days are still growing until age 18-21.

It's probably not small. You only think it is. Look at a few classical statues - those sculptors were true to life. Also, it looks smaller when you are looking down at it, as you do when it is attached to you! Use a full length mirror for a different perspective. Stop worrying!
