    Give it to Sky,

Their cricket coverage is fantastic, David Lloyd and Ian Botham are excellent commentators for example, far better than the sneering Michael Atherton or that Geoffrey Boycott.

And they wouldnt dream of cutting to some stupid horse racing at random times throughout the day.

    Awful.

I wish they would show it on terrestrial tv. The only problem is that good 'ol Rupert wants to snag as many viewers as he can, and he'll continue to acquire coverage rights for any sport that commands any kind of material viewership.

The likes of the BBC, C4 and ITV could never compete.

    It breaks my heart.

Back home in South Africa most home games for cricket, rugby and soccer are televised on terrestrial TV.

Channel 4 coverage was excellant really informative, but i'm afraid money talks and sky offered big bucks and the Ecb can't turn that money down.
